Georgianna’s coaching style is based on a few key foundations:

Mind-body integration: When we are grounded in our physical experience and fully present to ourselves, we discover not only a richer present but also a fuller sense of how our future can sustain and nourish us. Using mindfulness, somatics and movement techniques, G helps clients gain this level of awareness as they move through transition.
